Location, Location, Location
Most racetracks and teams are based in very inhospitable areas. World Speed is located at at the edge of the San Francisco Bay Area and the gateway to the Sonoma and Napa Valleys. Thousands of tourist destinations are within a 30 minute drive of World Speed.
Being based at Sonoma Raceway makes testing as easy as rolling down to pitlane. This saves transport and crew travel costs which add up over a full season - this allows, and encourages, drivers to spend more time ON TRACK!

World Speed has established an eclectic history in GT racing, securing podiums in Porsche GT3 Cup, Lamborghini Super Trofeo, and IMSA Lites. The team demonstrated its engineering expertise by developing a custom Mazda-powered prototype that claimed back-to-back overall victories at the RDC 4 Hour Enduro. Their endurance resume is further highlighted by a Top 5 finish at the 25 Hours of Thunderhill as well as securing an SCCA GT class championship.
